What happens next?

| Buying a property abroad makes financial sense. And nobody is better placed than PnM Property to maximize your investment and smooth the process. However, it is still a big decision – one that involves your head and your heart. We understand this and that’s why we offer you a Free Viewing Trip*. Once you have completed our Purchase Option Agreement Form, and we have received your holding deposit of £2000, we will arrange for you to come over and see everything for yourself - the location, the development and the property. You’ll be able to soak up the atmosphere, experience the lifestyle and, most important of all, build a close relationship with the team of local professionals who will be looking after your interests. Either on that trip, or just after, you will sign the Preliminary Contract with the developer, and then make an initial payment (typically 30%-40% of the purchase price). During the course of construction you will pay one or more installments, followed by a final payment. Then the deeds are transferred to you and the property is yours. |
