To join as a 'Professional Partner' you must have at least 2 years experience, or be an Exciting Customers in the UK, or the Republic of Ireland promoting Properties Abroad.
|
You only need to supply the leads and we take charge of everything else.
|
We offer commission based on the value of the property being sold. The commission is paid after receiving the First Installment on the property typically within 35 to 40 days from reservation.

PnM Property will provide a full product training, as well as training on organizing Local Property Exhibitions and offer constant ongoing support. With several graphic designers working in house we can adapt our professional marketing materials, integrating your company's logos and slogans.
|
As we are involved in the development process we can guarantee for the quality of the construction with 5 to 15 years structure guarantee. We also employ project managers who make sure that all the developments are completed on time.
|
PnM Property is a joint venture company with British and Bulgarian shareholders.
