Reserving a Property
Once you have selected the development and property that exactly matches your requirements simply contact us to confirm availability, and complete our Purchase Option Agreement Form. You will then be asked to pay a holding deposit of £2000. This deposit is non-refundable, but deductible from your first instalment.
The deposit entitles you to a Free Viewing Trip. We will contact you to arrange this. Once you have inspected the property you will be asked to complete your purchase by signing the Preliminary Contract. In most cases you will deal directly with the developer.
This will be followed by an initial first installment (typically 30%-40% of the total purchase price). During the course of the construction you will be asked to pay one or more installments, followed by a final payment. The title deeds will then be transferred to you.
